1816 Cycles L'enfer Du Nord SRAM Mullet

This week the guys from 1816 Cycles came to visit the office and talk about the L'enfer Du Nord gravel bike. It's a full carbon, high-end gravel grinder with wheels from ZIPP, SRAM AXS shifting, and a one-piece carbon cockpit. 1816 says that this spec is ideal for gravel and cyclocross but isn't afraid of a bit of tarmac here or there. Momum Grip Glue and Balboa grips

£16 - £22

Also having made its way through the office for testing is Momum's Balboa grips and Grip Glue, the first-ever purpose-built glue for slip-on grips. The Balboa grips are made completely from silicone foam and this model is 34mm in diameter. Momum says that this fatter grip is ideal for those looking for a bit more vibration damping or those with bigger hands.

Then, Grip Glue uses a special formula of resins and microparticles to increase the coefficient of friction and adhesion with the aim of stopping the grips from moving while in use. For your £16, you'll get 200ml.

76 Projects Micro Piggy Stick On

If you have a bike that lacks mounts on the underside of your top tube, or anywhere else for that matter, 76 Projects has just the solution in the Micro Piggy Stick On. It takes the very same elements of the original Micro Piggy but it comes with a VHB adhesive patch sat on a bendy portion of plastic that lets you install a kit strap almost anywhere on your bike.

The brand claims that it weighs 22g and says that you'll need a 40mm wide space minimum to stick the Micro Piggy to.

Bontrager Adventure Saddle Bag

Bontrager has slowly been drip feeding us its range of packs and this week, the Adventure Saddle Bag has landed. This bag gets two buckles to fit around your saddle's rails along with a hook and loop strap to keep it secure around your seatpost. It uses a roll-top closure and there are zipped side entries that makes for easy access while letting air escape as you pack it down.

Royal Racing Core Long Sleeve Jersey and Shorts

We've got even more kit in from Royal Racing too. Here is the Core Long Sleeve Jersey and Shorts. The jersey is made to blend a casual fit with technical features. As such, it gets a cotton feel fabric with an antimicrobial and UV treatment and is designed to be fast-wicking, so it shouldn't get too sweaty.

Then the Core Shorts are Royal Racing's lightweight gravel or trail short that's made with a two-way stretch fabric. It comes with an adjustable belt, two easy-access rear pockets and leg pockets to offer ample storage.
