Crankbrothers has launched two new pedals, the Stamp 2 and Stamp 3. They have 10 adjustable pins and a low profile body. Like the rest of the Stamp range, the 2 and 3 come in two sizes to suit the riders' foot size.

Starting with the Stamp 2, it has a die-cast aluminium body with a chromoly steel spindle weighing just 439g in the small size and 494g in the large. It's profile measures in at 16mm, so it's a pretty thin pedal too. To keep your feet where they should be, there are 10 adjustable pins.
The brand hasn't skimped on bearings either. Inboard there's an Igus cartridge bearing which is claimed to be super hardy in adverse conditions while maintaining a high wear resistance. Outboard there's a specifically designed bearing for low speed/high torque situations. The pedals are also internally sealed to keep gunk from entering the pedal.
As for the Stamp 3's, they have all of the same features as the Stamp 2's but they're made with a die-cast magnesium body. This drops the weight to 351g on the small and 386g on the large.
Crankbrothers' philosophy with the Stamp range is that pedals should be sized to best fit riders different sized feet for maximum performance. After some research, the brand says that each size paired with the right sized foot should offer optimized support, grip and interface with the pedal while keeping weight down and minimising the chance of pedal strikes.
It's suggested that the small pedals are best suited for feet sized EU 43 and under, while the large pedals are good for anything above.
Both pedals come in either Raw or Black colourways. The Stamp 2 will set you back 80 euro (around £70) and the Stamp 3 will cost 120 euro (around £105) both in either size.
