WTB has completed the TCS System having now launched the TCS Tubeless Tyre Sealant. Rather than taking an existing sealant and slapping a WTB logo on the bottle, the brand has gone all of the way in developing and testing its own sealant. Against other brands' offerings, this sealant uses less antifreeze, no ammonia, and synthetic latex for better performance.

the TSC Tubeless Tyre Sealant finishes off WTB's TCS range of tyres, valves, rims, tape and now sealant. It uses a proprietary formula that's claimed to repair 6mm punctures by encapsulating fibres and crystalline particles in order to create a long-lasting repair.
Its recipe uses an ammonia-free tackifying process to seal a puncture rather than the evaporative effects of ammonia-based sealants. WTB claims that using this approach results in a sealant that performs better in the wet where other sealants will having trouble clotting due to minimal evaporation
WTB Sealant also uses synthetic latex especially to reduce the risk of an allergic reaction to those who are allergic to natural latex.
The sealant is optimised for temperatures down the -9.4°C without having to add antifreeze which could affect its sealing performance.
WTB's Tubeless Tyre Sealant is available in 4oz (118ml) and 8oz (236ml) bottles to seal up to four tyres, and there are 16 (473ml), and 32oz (946ml) bottles ideal for the workshop. Each bottle gets measuring gradients in ounces and millilitres so you know exactly how much you have used.
