Brett Rheeder's Title MTB componentry brand is now available in the UK
Title is a brand that was created by none other than freeride and slopestyle legend, Brett Rheeder. Having gained a following at home in Canada, Title is quickly making its name for creating high-end and rather beautiful components. More importantly, all its products are tested to the highest of certifications and are suitable for the most rigorous of riding.

- Best mountain bike stems 2024
- Best mountain bike saddles - the best off-road options tested 2024
Brett Rheeder is a man who needs no introduction. His trophy cabinet is brimming with evidence of his 39 podiums and 19 wins, having achieved success in the world's biggest competitions, including Red Bull Rampage and numerous Crankworx events. Title, is his componentry brand that's set to challenge the norm while offering high-end products and striving to become a role model organisation.
"At first, Title wasn’t a brand; it was just a small idea. I needed components that could handle the abuse of freeriding at the highest level. Since I wasn’t excited about the options that were available to me, I decided to design the parts myself.
The idea progressed from producing a simple handlebar with minimal artwork and logos, into sketches and prototypes of more components like stems, seat posts and saddles.
I knew that I wouldn’t be able to create a brand like this without drawing on the experience and knowledge of other riders. Making Title real required input from other riders who push the boundaries of what’s possible on bikes.” - Brett Rheeder
With its entry into the UK market coordinated by Traffic UK (also responsible for Bombtrack), the brand is set to launch a full suite of components including the FORM Aluminum 35 Handlebar, which will set you back £137.
Title aims to set a new standard for alloy bars by borrowing the same aesthetic of its carbon counterpart but using hydroformed 7050 T6 alloy for its construction. This bar is then tested to EFBE TRI-TEST Category 5. It comes with a 35mm clamp diameter, 800mm width, a nine-degree backsweep and a five-degree upsweep. There are 25 and 35mm rise options on offer, too.
The brand is also bringing its Connect pedal to the market which is a flat pedal built from forged 6061-T6 aluminium but what's special here is that it's thin with a 14mm profile. The Connect benefits from 22 pins and rolls on a CNC-machined CrMo SCM 415 spindle which is also home to three sealed bearings and an IGUS bushing. A pair of these is priced at £150, is claimed to weigh 398g and comes in an array of colours.
Similarly to the FORM bar, Title's ST1 35 stem is tested by EFBE and has passed TRI-TEST GR for freeride and downhill mountain bikes. This stem is CNC machined from a block of 6061 T6 aluminium and is available in both 35mm and 31.8mm clamp diameters. There are also 35mm and 40mm lengths, both of which get a zero rise, a 58mm width and a 38mm stack height. The ST1 35 stem is priced at £109.
On top of all that, saddles, grips, a gyro brake system, seat posts and valves can be picked up from Title MTB.
